About this project
InQommon aimed to revolutionize professional networking. We wanted to create a solution that allowed individuals to connect exclusively with people who matched their interests: through 1&1 video meetings, hosted on the platform. Our AI model utilized provided data to select suitable matches from various pools of individuals. Within minutes of joining the platform, users could be matched with someone who could pique their interest and had the flexibility to accept, decline, or reschedule meetings at their convenience. Additionally, they received real-time updates from the Google calendar event and platform dashboard whenever any participant made changes.
Furthermore, users had the option to join Hubs, which were social features enabling connections with like-minded individuals. They could plan meetings with others within the same Hub. InQommon, previously known as Worksuite, was initially a job search platform. We undertook a complete repurpose and rebranding of the product, where I took a leading role in establishing the new infrastructure, expanding our developer team, and closely collaborating with the data-scientist CTO to enhance the meeting generation algorithm.
Unfortunately, despite amassing nearly 10,000 users, InQommon had to cease operations due to a lack of capital and further investments in the company. Although the product was functional and reliable, it remained free and had not yet introduced any subscription or paid services.
